• Power Skating for: Speed & Quickness, Balance & Agility, Mobility & Body Position, Turns & Crossovers, Acceleration (Forward/Backward)
• Stick Handling, Passing & Shooting
• Daily Scrimmages
• Individual Evaluation with Instructors
• Teamwork on & off the Rink Surface
• Importance of Learning the Game, Playing the Game & Being a Part of the Game

• 4 Hours on Rink Surface Daily
• Open to all Boys & Girls, Ages 5 & up
• Fully Air-Conditioned Facility

• Radar Gun Readings
